Troy Myers played by Troy Kotsur
Troy Myers is a deaf car thief who communicates via ASL and does not speak. Troy is a gifted artist and Sue tries to encourage him to go to art school. Because of Troy's past experience with stealing cars Charlie discovers that he has a gift for fixing them too. After Troy's first appearance in The Signing Charlie hires him to help him run the garage. Troy becomes very attached with Charlie and vice versa. During the episode Homeland Security Troy expresses concern for Charlie and helps Sue and Lucy talk to him. Troy is a successfully rehabilitated former criminal who originally only turned to crime because he didn't fit in due to his handicap and a criminal made him feel like he did fit in with him.
